Has anyone ever tried Lyrica for neuropathy?

Hi
I’ve been on gabapentin but switched to pregabalin which is better for brain fog and pain for me. I do have a constant headache across my temples and my tinnitus has worsened. Does anyone else experience this? I was originally on 75mg 2x day but have dropped it to 50mg 2x day with same effects.
What is the lowest dose people have found beneficial? These drugs are tricky to balance.

@ratties1 I have the research evidence to show that at 150 mg per day it’s pain control is no better than the placebo used in the test. It has to be at least 300 my per to be effective.

I got off gabapentin and now take pregabablin 75mg at night / 50mg in the morning, so far this has worked for me. Fortunately, headaches isn’t my problem, but getting a good night sleep pain free is an issue.
