Thanks Hans for sharing your perspectives. I have just discovered your essays after 3 months following the MCC prostate cancer support group and will now begin to watch for your updates here and on Substack. Your creative talent and writing skills exceed those of most of us here seeking answers and support as we travel the PC and ADT journey. While I do not uniformly agree with your analogies and conclusions, especially some of your barbed opinions about the health care system and providers, your ideas certainly provoke introspection and reflection.
