You said a mouthful...."anything can change in a minute."
I am so aware of that as I am sure most of us are and it keeps us, me, on pins and needles somewhat until I, we. get each sputum test result back.
Quietly in the back of my mind I am nearly constantly affirming to myself....you are doing fine it's going to be OK.....and yet there is also that tinge of "waiting for the next shoe to drop" ....how long can my 'luck' hold out with keeping the MAI at the low level without taking the antibiotics. Time will tell.

I am the same way until I get back sputum results and CT scan report. Each little change in my sputum or something else and I am constantly having to reassure myself. Then I am on pins and needles waiting for test results. I often wish there a magic machine to hold up like a mirror and look in our lungs everyday to check and see what's going on.
