Extreme pain in my feet. Neuropathy

I share your pain. Mine is not due to diabetes--I think it was caused by taking two days worth of methylprednisolone which triggered some kind of autoimmune reaction in me. Doctors doing rule out which is traumatic in and of itself. No diagnosis yet after a raft of testing. My best advice is to keep moving as stiffness and numbness set in if we plant our bodies on a sofa. I plan to get some kind of physical therapy and/or join a gym with personal training. Acupuncture also might help. I need to halt any progression of this nightmare.

Had Sensory Neuropathy start 12 years ago after being given a spiked drink. The conclusion following extensive testing was that is was most likely caused be an autoimmune reaction from a toxin or virus. As pins and needle and the rest started 2 days after the spiked drink we can guess the culprit. thank you for sharing your information. I stopped doing thing for a while, then I found sitting on the sofa gave me pain and training at karate gave me pain however training took my mind off the pain until I stopped
