I have just been diagnosed with osteoporosis. I have an appointment at a Mineral Metabolism Center. Has anyone been to one? I have heard good and bad reviews of Reclast and Prolia. What recommendations do you. Have?

It's hard to make recommendations. The nature of these medications is that they work well for most people, but some people have real problems with side effects. Unfortunately, you won't know until you try.
It's perhaps more common to start with an anabolic like Tymlos or Forteo, and then follow up with an anti-resorptive.
