Hi All, made it through surgery ok. But they found bladder invasion that they couldn’t cut out and a positive margin. They don’t think there’s lymph node involvement, but will know for sure when pathology is complete. Sounds like they will be referring me to oncology for adjuvant radiation and 2 years of ADT to clean up what they couldn’t take out. They told me to focus on healing for the time being and regaining continence.
I’m high risk so I guess none of this is terribly unexpected. Thanks for all the well wishes!
