Good morning,
Has anyone taken these bone supplements: Calciven, OceanEssence or BoneUp or used any of Kevin Ellis’, Bone Coach products? I’m uncertain which ones to try after being newly diagnosed with Osteoporosis.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I listed to an orthopedic surgeon talk about Algeacal plus. He recommended it, but I haven’t taken it yet. I have Osteopenia and my oncologist wants me to take Zometa every 6 months.
