sorry to hear about the pain, all of us on here have suffered in so many ways, and have penis and scrotum changes, if I developed a curve , I'd just feel it as a unique looking penis, and consider it a change that I think looks good

I've seen pictures of curved penis's and some are really curved almost like a long loop either up or facing down, ,more pronounced when erect
