Yes I had an EMG,3 phase bone scan,cat scan,MRIs,and synovial fluid biopsy. They only found a stress fracture in my right leg,which didn't hurt ironically. My pain is exactly where I think the stem ends.

Do you know the angle of the stem? If outside the normal range it can cause pain.

I have endured 2 years with continued loss of walking mobility. Durind this time I had just completed radiation treatment for anal cancel. I'm 71. I recommend you follow up with vascular to it isn't related to the blood flow or incase one of the many blood vessels around the hip area got damaged.
