The science of Osteostrong is compelling but you are actually using each of the 4 machines for about 10 seconds so it seems so brief. I do feel a little tired afterwards though.
There are other kinda wacky things they offer like “red light therapy”, bio-charger” etc. that isn’t supported by evidence.
So, I was willing to give it a try. At least I didn’t get worse. Some people see improvement 🤷🏻‍♀️.

Melioguide with Margaret Martin is an online osteoporosis program as is Kaari’s Strength Training and Yoga for Osteoporosis program. It is also listed on the Bone Health and Osteoporosis Foundation's Osteoporosis Awareness and Prevention Month page.
The BHOF's mission is to provide both medical practitioners and patients alike with unbiased, research-backed information about bone health and osteoporosis management. Both the BHOF and the International Osteoporosis Foundation recommend strength training as a safe and effective intervention for osteoporosis. This program is available online, shows you how to use body weight(push ups with arms on counter). You can google these research based programs.
