On drug holiday from Oorgovyx/Abiterone 24month regimen 60 days now. Still having problems with fatigue. Current psa undetectable testosterone is 40 up from 18. Further blood tests show severely low vitamin B12. 180nm. Does anyone else know if pc drugs wipe outB12? Low B12 lists fatigue as a side effect.

A testosterone of 40 will give you fatigue. No need to blame B12, though it is very easy to build back up compared to testosterone, which takes its time.

Low B12 is not one of the warnings people get after taking these drugs.
