Here is something else I forgot to add that I have thyroid nodules, I lose lots of hair, Thankfully I have thick hair. Dry Skin, Always drinking and dont feel like its not enough at times. I have this lump on my neck that swells sometimes, They did test but dont seem to be concerned.

Where on your neck was the lump?
Weight gain can also happen with inflammation in your body- such as autoimmune diseases.
Were you tested for Cushing’s? Can cause massive weight gain.
