The only clinical trials I could find were done by the company that makes it and they were very low quality. That doesn't mean it doesn't work it just means there is no real evidence that it does. There is better evidence for K-2, which is much more affordable. @kdks99 Are you still taking vitamin K-2 for treatment of osteoporosis and if so, what dosage do you take daily, and what time of day? Life Extension was promoting in its magazine something like 42 mg per day. When taking K-1, the dosage is like in micrograms not milligrams. Thanks!
