I also did Osteostrong for a year with no change in my Dexa score. I also took algae cal & strontium which they recommend. When I told them my score they said congratulations that it didnt go down-thats not enough for the $1000 plus they charge IMO.

Thank you for sharing that. I wonder if OsteoStrong is kind of gimmicky. Cost is $1,900 for the year. I was given a cursory tour (if you wanna call it that) of the machines. The workout is a total of fifteen minutes once a week. I think I could press against a wall with my arms then my legs and get the same results... if there really are any.
