It took several weeks for all of my appointments to be loaded into the portal. As hard as it is, try to be patient and give them time to review everything so they can define all the appointments needed.

Question... today the little packet with the printed patient appointment guide arrived in the mail. It reflects what is in the portal, just the one day of appts. Did you continue getting those mailed as your appointments were added? Or does the mailing indicate they don't plan to add more until we're there?

Excellent point @ginabassford! I’ve had times I popped on my portal and unexpectedly found a scheduled appointment. What the heck? Ends up they were in the middle of this exact process. I imagine @summermaples is super ready. It is so difficult to wait.
