Your comment about flimsy and unreliable is why I splurged on the Pari eFlow. I've posted a bunch about it here in this forum. So far, it's been great for daily hypertonic saline use. Quiet and quick, so I can spend the majority of the neb/clearance time on clearance. It comes with me whenever I travel.
