What statin (if any) have you taken long term?

Gee 20 Level Bad Cholesterol! And you have reduced that total by your good cholesterol? You should.
On thyroxin 125mg daily so no more than Avorstatin 20mg.
When on it dropped 2 from 7 level but 1.8 good = 5.2. then another 2 = 3.2

I felt some aches. Really didn't believe I needed a statin and stopped.
There is an alternative Ezetimber but decided not to try them.

Statins read all about it. The country gets money from prescribing it. We all need cholesterol. Some foods will dispose of it. Sorry forgotten what.

Total cholesterol about 130 /140 My cholesterol was never that bad but with my other issues PCP thought it wise to start early . Yep … somebody making a bundle of cash and it’s not you or me ✌️Peace and good health
