I start the day with an apple, pear, navel orange, and banana. I guess I've got my potassium covered!

A doctor told me that several NFL teams drink "Pickel Juice" to prevent cramps.
I have used it for over thirty years.
I keep Pickel Juice in the fridge.
Some great suggestions on this email string--Hopefully something works for you.
