Cannot Regulate Body Temperature

I go back and forth between hot and cold with my thyroid issues. If I am more hyperthryoidisim, I am warmer. If
I am more Hashimoto's I colder.

Also, I also have low cortisol issues which can make you wake up between 4-6 a.m. flushed and face and neck red.

It's a challenge to get a balance.

I am very heat in tolerant. Going outside in 90 degree/high humidity heat is miserable and it takes me several
hours to cool down.

I've had to learn to live with this. Personally, I had rather been too cold than too hot.

Same. It’s easier to warm up than to cool down. I’d prefer to just have a working thermostat though. lol
