Did you really find a benefit to taking it monthly rather than a three month shot? Were there fewer side effects for you?

I’m not sure that monthly treatments are good for others but it seems to be working for me at this time. Minimal side effects. I also have been drinking a tea for last 4 months that MAY help with my treatment…not sure but reviews seem positive.
