I’ve taking Letrozole for 2 months now. So far so good. Then again, for me, the symptoms usually don’t appear right away. I was on Anastrozole for a year before my fingers became so stiff that I couldn’t hold on to an object. My triglycerides jumped from 70s to 130s. I was on Exemestane after that until 8 months later when it gave me petechiea. Cholesterol was back to normal though. Now Letrozole. I felt minor bone/joint pain. It’s manageable for now. I still have 3 years to go.
I seem to experience with aches and pains with all AIs at different intensity. It goes away after 10-min walk. I’m not sure if the level of pain you experience is manageable. Maybe you need to talk to your onco for different AI, Exemestane maybe? Hope you’ll find something that works for you.🤗

Thanks for your response, I’ve been taking Letrozole for over a year and I was doing fine until all the sudden the pain, it’s so strange. I see my oncologist May 30th to discuss my options. My pain right now is not bearable. I can deal with some pain. I wish you the best and thank you again
