Sounds like you are having High Dose Brachy? Generally with any radiation tiredness can be an issue. I know Low Dose kicks in gradually but I assume High Dose is quicker. You don't mention the nature of your strenuous weekend, but I would recommend reaching out to your medical team for post op do's and don'ts to see if they conflict with your plans.
