My other 2 surgeries were knee replacements 3 months apart. During the 2nd replacement I had Covid and several sinus infections. That recovery time really taught me that I have to really listen to my body and mind. For example I woke up at 5 am because I just could not get comfortable, at 8 am I was so tired I laid back down.. if I am tired I sleep.
