TNBC: Pain in armpit, how do I ensure it's not cancer coming back?

I had a tumor removed feb 2024 everything went well had radiation after and I take a estrogen pill for 5 years . My problem is my boob itches and under my arm also also of breast fat is now under my arm even some on back which also itches alot is this normal?

Yes according to my radiation oncologist damaged skin can cause itching as well as nerves healing. I'd suggest taking to your Dr to make them aware of your itching concerns.
