Hi Jim: Yes I have been tired since my prostatectomy that was done 09-22-2022. I am 77 years old and in very good health (exercise daily). When I get up in the morning I’m a little sluggish as most of us are, but then I go into high speed. My wife calls me the Tasmanian Devil because I am moving so fast. I do this for maybe an hour or three, then I start getting tired. Before continuing, I have to explain that I don’t drink coffee in the mornings because it makes me tired. It is rare that I sleep more that 5 hours each night. I do take naps for about 3 hours in the afternoon after lunch. I am writing this at 12:48 am and I will most likely go to sleep at between 2:30 and 3:00 am. I will wake up (if I’m lucky) at 7:30-8:00 am. My PSA is .0.01 and has been this way since my surgery.

What exercise activities do you like to do?
