I've been dealing with osteoarthritis in my left knee for almost 40 years. It began with several sports injuries to it growing up, but none of them were serious enough to need surgery. My family has a history of osteoarthritis, so it was going to happen anyway.
Now, at the age of 66, I've been retired on SSDI for almost 10 years due to arthritis in my knees, hips, lower back, neck, hands, and right elbow. I've had knee surgery 5 times, 1 elbow surgery, and 2 procedures in my neck. I also have neuropathy in my feet, so everyday is a physical and mental struggle.
Try taking Alleve for your arthritis pain, it's the only OTC med that helps me when I'm having a really bad day.
