Lost 2" from 7" , so now average although girth is not much changed. 6 weeks post ralp and cannot get a "10" erection even with 20 mg Tadalafil but get 7-8 semi soft , not for penetration, just for exercise. Dry orgasm possible. If I pee, whether standing or sitting, inevitably some dribbles into scrotum or down shaft so need paper to wipe. Dribble into pad a few times a day so at end of day, pad is slight damp and smells.
But cancer free and there is hope for future improvement or so everyone keeps saying.
