I’ve been on lurasidone since Nov 2024. It’s helped my depression a lot now that I’m up to 60 mg/day. However, the last few weeks, I’ve had some panic attacks in the evening, about 1.5-2 hours after taking it. I’ve upped my Buspar to 15-15-15 each day and that has helped, but the fear still strongly rises. Last night something happened that was unexpected. I took lurasidone about 2.5 hrs late, and the fear did not come upon me until about an hour after I took it. So, I’m thinking I need to reduce my lurasidone dosage to 40 mg to help the panic. Does this make sense? What is your experience with lurasidone and fear or panic? Thanks.
