You need to check jaw/joint health (soft tissues and nerves), check your cervical spine in neck to see if you have compressed spinal cord/nerves affecting neck/head, etc. It could be mechanical compression or an issue with joints/nerves. That is why it would be good to be evaluated by a neurologist, orthopedic spine specialist and even a rheumatologist.
