I have developed several hernias that have been repaired. I can’t be sure that they were caused by my coughing although I’m sure that it doesn’t help! I’m not sure what coughing correctly means?

Yeah, I should’ve said coughing too vigorously without focus on techniques like autogenic drainage, and active cycle of breathing.
