I had the MILD procedure mid February 2025 for right sided sciatica caused by stenosis
My sciatica is gone however the pain in my sacral/Coccyx area going down both glutes and into my right hip is almost unbearable every morning. I wake up with stabbing pain in my lower back each time I turn in bed. And awful pain upon getting up only relieved by constant movement.
Is this failed surgery syndrome?

Have you had SI joint dysfunction ruled out? Sometime the SI joint can create significant pain issues in the areas you described
