I know it’s an old tread by here it’s my two cents, milk has grown hormones and saturated fats not good for the prostate or any other cancer, if you read about cancer diet in Mayo Clinic and UCSF it’s always points to a vegan diet and exercise in moderation but consistently, time will tell if worked or not for me. Please please don’t buy anything that you going to ingest from Amazon 90% of that crap it’s counterfeit it’s a proven fact, buy directly from the maker or a reputable health food store ( just my two cents)

Just a few tweaks. Mayo does recommend a plant-forward diet, but not necessarily a vegan one. They recommend avoiding ultraprocessed foods (like hot dogs), and do give preference to plant proteins, but also include chicken and fish in their recommendations, and mention eating a cheese stick with bread at one point (there's no blanket recommendation either for eating or avoiding dairy).
