Thanks Phil. I am also doing the mineral oil. How much mineral oil did you take and when did you take it.

Hey bud, I usually took it at mid day for a BM the following morning. Your system may be different in terms of transit.
I guess it was 2 tablespoons or thereabouts. Every other day should do it because it does coat the lower GI tract and has a residual effect.
