Have seminal fluid after proton therapy

One year after 29 session proton therapy, I still have presence of seminal fluid during ejaculation. Is this normal? I thought seminal vesicle would die off. I had a vasectomy in my 30s.

While I never had a vasectomy, I did have 5 proton sessions with ADT exactly 2 years ago. I’d say in the last 9 months I did experience seminal fluid after ejaculation and thought while not perfect, it was better than a dry orgasim.
Of late, that last month or so, it has stopped. I guess more of those dreaded side effects. Whether it’s normal or not in both our cases I do not know. Just offering my experience to the general pool of knowledge and maybe provide some useful information to the rest of us out there.

Same Vas at 30. 50 sessions of proton radiation therapy at Loma Linda in 2010. Now..some fluid, but not much.
Gleason 3+3..slow growth PC; PSA then: 6.47.

It has been 15 years since proton radiation; about 5 years ago PSA began to rise. Had MRI in Feb and PET scan in April. Nothing conclusive or absolute, but possible recurrence because of PSA rise. But, could be BPH or something else as part of the aging process. I will have PSA tests every four months..watchful waiting is the objective. No other issues; excellent health otherwise.

I have occasional fluid after orgasm. Sometimes it leaks out a while afterwards. I had 42 sessions of IMRT about 4 years ago. I asked my urologist about the fluid and he gave me a non-committal answer, something like, " yes sometimes there is fluid that is ejaculated". What I got out of that was not to worry or be concerned about it. As that great sage Forest Gump once said "happens".
