Sorry to hear that. I don't know anything about that surgery. But, I am getting fed up with Dr's who tell their patients that it is the best thing to do. One friend, had hand pain.......not carpel tunnel, he couldn't remember the diagnosis, but the Dr. said you will Love it, ...........well 2 yrs later, he was not lovin' it. he said it was more pain after surgery, than before. another dr., convinced someone with a back problem ....one with a neck problem....to have surgery, ............none told them about potential side effects, other than minor ones........the worse one, one lady was convinced to have a surgery on her neck. She died a few hours later..............this is not info that can help you now, but, maybe if others read your experience, and the above, they will at least question potential surgeries...........do research .............and maybe save them from a bad outcome..............And if any dr's read this, whatever happened to ........do no harm?.............at least be truthful, and give patients All the potential problem the surgeries could cause to help them make the proper decision .
