Have you bitten your tongue severely during a seizure?

Yep, every single time unfortunately. I always bite it in the exact same spot on the right side of my tongue. It’s happened so many times that side of my tongue looks like hamburger meat, all scarred, heals then happens again. No fun

What has your doctor suggested to heal your tongue you mentioned looks like hamburger meat now?
