So with an ARSI drug such as Abiraterone you still have testosterone in your system but a receptor signaling inhibitator is now present. So PC receptor cells can't recieve testosterone? Correct?

Well, that is true with lutamide drugs.

Abiraterone acetate is a CYP17A1 enzyme inhibitor that blocks testosterone production at its source, complementing receptor signaling inhibitors by reducing available androgens. It reduces testosterone to undetectable levels.
