ADT is a drug that stops most testosterone production.

There are a few
Lupron, Eligard, Orgovyx, Fermagon, Prostap, Camcevi, Lucrin, Zoladex, Trelstar, Pamorelin, or Decapeptyl

ARSI’S (Androgen receptor signaling inhibitor) Are drugs like Zytiga (abiraterone), apalutamide, Enzalutamide or Darolutamide

So with an ARSI drug such as Abiraterone you still have testosterone in your system but a receptor signaling inhibitator is now present. So PC receptor cells can't recieve testosterone? Correct?
