Soy paciente que recién ha terminado las sesiones de quimioterapia mediante un esquema que combinó docetaxel más darolutamida ; en mi caso mi PSA en vez de bajar , subió de 10.2 cuando inicié a 21.3 cuando termine

A single rise may not indicate treatment failure. Transient PSA surges can occur after chemotherapy, even in positive results. You should have 2 or 3 follow up tests according to documentation I have seen.

Another option is cabazitaxel, if PSA continues to rise. Ask your doctor about the things of course.

A PSMA pet scan can show if there is metastatic spread.

Are you also on ADT (androgen deprivation)? I don’t want to assume.

Buena tarde , tomo 2 pastillas cada 12 horas de darolutamida para un total de 300 mgrs/dia
