Maybe another case of "your mileage may vary." I did six months on Orgovyx with 28 sessions of RT in the middle. I didn't notice any hair loss at all. If anything, I think I have a little more hair on my forearms than I did before I started treatment.

I was on ADT 8 years, so it has had full effect.
