When I called last month and asked my specialty pharmacy about traveling with Tymlos, I was told it can go seven days without refrigeration. That this was new guidance from the manufacturer.

Seven days without refrigeration? Maybe for a brand new pen that hasn't been used. Once you start it, it doesn't need any refrigeration (unlike Forteo.) Just avoid very warm temperatures.

Yes I was just wondering about extreme temperature swings during long flight etc. so I’ll have to bring a little cooler pack to keep it stable. Just wish I knew if skipping a week would impact my bone gains .
