That sounds like a tough and confusing visit.

I think your pulmonologist would be a good source for a referral to an ID doc since they need to collaborate on your care.

Thank you. Good call. I did send a message to my pulmonologist who advised his office would send over ID Dr names. Agree that ideally it should be a team approach with both working together to coordinate care.
