Yes, I have had a low level clicking sensation in both of my knees since surgeries 4-5 years ago. It's not audible to anyone and causes no pain. I have full range of movement and don't notice it unless I happen to think about it for some reason. My surgeon was not concerned, so I think it is pretty common. I have wondered if working on developing leg muscles in the area would "fill in the gaps" to perhaps hold components tighter which might reduce the click. But it has not bothered me enough to try.

Yes, I also have clicking in the knee when I walk and also when I do leg bends and leg lift exercises. It has been 2 years since surgery. I do still have some pain just above the knee. My surgeon saw me several months ago and took X-rays and said the knee looked good. I was left with the impression that it’s as good as it gets. Also, I have a Bakers Cyst in the back of the knee. He does not want to drain it because he said they do come back and he does not want the knee to get infected. At times I have sharp pains in the knee. I have done all the exercises and will keep exercising, using ice and heat! Hope this helps! If you have any comments or ideas let me know! Good luck to all.
