I had one implanted about ten years ago, and yes, it works.

While the penis pump can keep your tissue from deteriorating, it is not really good for having relations. The rubber band they used to stop the blood from leaving the penis just doesn’t work that well. Difficult to get hard enough to have relations. The best solution is one of the injections like Bimix or Trimix to really get hard.

Satisfaction rate for people that have had implants is very high.

I find pumps to be beneficial. I'm uncertain, however, whether it may have been too long since your prostatectomy in order to improve the health of the penile tissue.

When pumps are beneficial, I also find them helpful in restoring/enhancing sensitivity - something I rarely read or hear being talked about.

I used penis cylinders with a hand pump years before cancer diagnosis, it lengthened my penis to fill the tube , lasted that way several days, but slowly gets back to normal, now I use it, makes my penis wider and longer, but doesn't stay more than a day or so, its not real stiff , ,difficult for penetration, it forms a " donut ring around my glans , looking bloated, strange look, but can still orgasm, ejaculating urine instead of semen
