Fall 2024, I had PSA 6, Gleason 7(3+4, 4+3),December PET indicated N1M0 with activity in right and left iliac nodes. I started Orgovyx Christmas Eve and 44 pelvic/prostate RT February 12, ending April 22. Doctor wants me on Orgovyx 24 months, but I'm hoping to "go off-road" a bit after one year and switch to Nubeqa for six months or so, pending PSA monitoring. Side effects of ADT and RT are no joke. I'm beginning the trial process of giving myself injections for ED ("shots with benefits") but there's no shot for fatigue. Best wishes for everyone for treatment success!
