I will start using the cream. Three doctors have recommended it to me, two were gynecologists. I've had 3 episodes of spotting and each required a biopsy to rule out cancer. All biopsies were benign and indicated vaginal atrophy as the most likely cause. My Drs believe the estrogen cream will help reduce or stop the spotting from irritated tissues.
