Hey there. Found this 3 year old thread as I’m experiencing the *exact* same thing. 34 y/o M. You’ve described it exactly. I’m about 7 months in. CT scan, colonoscopy, diet changes, nothing seems to be changing it. Constant pressure in the lower right side. Sometimes painful, sometimes just annoying. Not sure if you’ll ever see this, but really wondering if you ever figured it out..?
