That’s a lot of qualifications. Find the right,experienced, sensitive healer. Not everyone can afford the time energy or money to do that. Glad it worked for you but only for a year. Then what??????

After a year I had a major panic attack on the way to a gathering and decided to go back on an antidepressant which I remain on today. I'm 79 now and just want to spend my remaining years being calm and relaxed.
