Hello,
Theories abound on everything under the sun and so do scams. I have not looked into this at all and I already have big doubts just from your question. i would dif very deep into medical research if there's any out there.

Agree, there are far more ineffective treatments & cures than legitimate neuropathy options. FWIW, both my ortho spine surgeon & neurologist agree foot/toe neuropathy from spine issues & 18-24 months post-surgery, it’s uncommon to regain nerve control/ impulse. The goal shifts to maintaining & regression avoidance. They both also expressed diabetic neuropathy is more receptive to treatment(s) to a certain point but I’m not diabetic & have zero experience in that regard.
