It does seem your body has some form of inflammation. May not be significant enough at this point to pinpoint disease.

I read that normal results for ANCA are titers < 1:20 and less than 1.4.
Adults [7]:
Qualitative: Negative
Quantitative: Less than 1.4 units/mL (less than 1.4 kilounits/L)

If your result is 6.4, this would be flagged as abnormal/positive and believe the higher the number, the higher inflammation due to the autoimmune attack on your system/cells due to the antibodies.
